General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The processing of personal data of the subjects is governed by the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and Act No.18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act").

We have implemented all reasonable security measures of a technical, organisational and any other kind and processes to monitor their continuous maintenance and sufficiency to protect the personal data we process.

1. Basic Concepts
FOR Clean, a.s. strongly believes that more information contributes to a better understanding of the rules of personal data processing, therefore, in the following section, we list the most important concepts used in relation to the protection of personal data.
Personal data – is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or by reference to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Data subject – is an identified or identifiable natural person to whom the personal data relates.
Concerned persons are all customers of FOR Clean, a.s., who are natural persons, employees, job applicants, natural persons recorded on CCTV footage, etc.
Data controller – is FOR Clean, a.s., which determines the conditions of personal data processing and is responsible for the processing of personal data.
Data processor – means a party that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller. The data controller may entrust the data processor with the processing of personal data without the consent of the data subject, but must ascertain that the data processor provides sufficient safeguards to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the GDPR.
Processing – means the operations/actions carried out on personal data, such as obtaining, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, transforming or modifying, retrieving, viewing, using, providing by transmission, distributing or otherwise making available, rearranging or combining, restricting, erasing or disposing of, whether by automated or manual means.
2. Operator
The operator is company FOR Clean, a.s., Vrbovská cesta 39, Piešťany 921 01, Company Registration No.: 36 234 923, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Trnava, section Sa, insert No.: 10134/T (hereinafter referred to as "FOR Clean, a.s." or "operator" or "company").
3. Liability for the processing of personal data
FOR Clean, a.s. has appointed a responsible person responsible for the processing of personal data who performs the tasks under the Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act.
