Custom Manufacturing

Before a new product enters production, its prototype undergoes an assignment analysis, a design process, a solution in the design department, an opposition, also expert calculations (strength, air conditioning, electrical ...), if necessary, and assessment of the prototype by a testing room.

If the prototype is approved in this way, its production begins. The prototype production takes place under the special supervision of the production technology and control department. After the production of the prototype is finished, an opponent is invited to assess it.

As part of the assessment, internal tests are carried out and a test protocol with opponent’s opinion is prepared. If the prototype is approved, it is sent to a certified testing room (if testing is required). If the prototype has passed the tests, the testing room shall issue a certificate of approval of the solution.
